All designs, graphics, images, and videography created by Edge Line Graphics are considered the creative property of Edge Line Graphics until full payment is received. Once payment is received in full the ownership of all creative items is effectively transferred to the client.
For clients billed monthly a payment is considered late 15 days after the invoice date. For clients billed quarterly or annually a payment is considered late 30 days after the invoice date. A late fee of 10% will be assessed at this point and a new invoice will be sent. Failure to pay within 15 days of the second invoice will result in a delinquency fee of 25% and the agreement will be subject to potential termination.
We’re worked hard to add additional payment methods for your convenience. You can now pay with cash, check, or securely online using your debit/credit card or ACH information. Our secure payment portal can be found at pay.edgelinegraphics.com.
Clients wishing to cancel a reoccurring service need to provide notice either verbally or written at least 15 days before the renewal period to avoid a non-notice cancelation fee of 50% the renewal amount.
